Zad-Con Development and Construction was founded by John Zadrozny in 1987.  Family owned and operated, Zad-Con specializes in the construction of high end custom homes.

Known as a creative problem solver, Mr. Zadrozny has over 40 years of experience in the construction field, bringing a diverse background of construction experience to each project.  Prior to forming his own construction company, Mr. Zadrozny managed a construction development company, specializing in multi million dollar custom residential homes, sub-divisions and large commercial projects. 

Adhering to a high standard of work, Zad-Con requires that subcontractors have demonstrated experience, outstanding service and a proven record of delivering a high level of workmanship.

Mr. Zadrozny’s careful attention to detail ensures that your project is built of the highest quality, while being completed safely, on time and within budget.

Of the projects completed by Mr. Zadrozny, 13 have won design & construction industry awards, including Home of the Year from San Diego Home and Garden Magazine, Home of the year from San Diego Décor and Style, and the Grand Award from the National Association of Home Builders for Best Custom Home.
